1. Getting Started

a. Setting up your Quntera device

  1. Unbox your device and ensure all accessories are included.

  2. Download the Quntera App from the App Store or Google Play.

  3. Power on your device and follow the on‑screen instructions to connect via Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi.

  4. Create or sign in to your Quntera account to sync your data securely.

b. Connecting multiple devices

Quntera’s ecosystem allows devices to work together automatically.

  • Ensure all devices are connected to the same Quntera account.

  • Use the “Device Link” feature in the Quntera App to pair and manage connected products.


2. Account & Profile

a. Creating an account

To access full Quntera functionality, create a free account using your email address at www.quntera.com. You’ll receive a verification email to activate your account.

b. Updating your information

You can edit your profile, change your password, or update your contact details anytime from Settings → Account → Edit Profile in the Quntera App or website.

c. Resetting your password

If you forget your password, select “Forgot Password” on the login screen, enter your registered email, and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox.


3. Product Support

a. Device not connecting

  • Make sure Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi is enabled and your device is within range.

  • Restart both your device and smartphone.

  • Check for firmware updates in the Quntera App.

  • If the issue continues, try removing the device and re‑adding it.

b. Firmware updates

Quntera automatically pushes updates to enhance performance and security. To manually check for updates:
Go to Device Settings → Firmware → Check for Updates.

c. Battery or charging issues

  • Use the official Quntera charging cable and adapter.

  • Clean the charging ports gently with a dry cloth.

  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures.

4. Orders & Shipping

a. Tracking your order

You can track your order status via the confirmation email you received after purchase or by logging into your Quntera account and visiting My Orders.

b. Estimated delivery times

Shipping times vary depending on your region. Standard orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

c. Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us at info@quntera.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll assist with a replacement or refund.


5. Returns & Refunds

Quntera offers a simple return policy for most products purchased directly through our website.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition with packaging.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Warranty & Repairs

Quntera products include a 1‑year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
If your device qualifies, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Q: My device isn’t syncing with the app.
A: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled, your device is charged, and the app is updated. Restart both devices and try again.

Q: How do I update my account email?
A: Go to Account Settings → Email → Update, then confirm via the link sent to your new address.

Q: Can I use Quntera devices offline?
A: Most features work offline, but cloud syncing and updates require an internet connection.

Q: What if my app crashes?
A: Close the app completely, clear cache (if on Android), and reopen. If the issue persists, reinstall the app.
