1. Standard Warranty Coverage
All Quntera products purchased directly from Quntera or authorized retailers are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
During this warranty period, Quntera will repair or replace (at our discretion) any product or component that is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
Defects in materials, components, or workmanship.
Malfunctions occurring under normal, intended usage conditions.
Issues resulting from factory or firmware defects identified by Quntera.
If a covered defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Quntera will either:
Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts; or
Replace the product with a new or refurbished one of equal value; or
Refund the original purchase price (in specific cases where repair or replacement is not possible).
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage, scratches, or fading).
Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or improper storage.
Issues resulting from software not provided by Quntera or third-party interference.
Loss or theft of the product.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or counterfeit goods.
4. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product is defective under warranty, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at info@quntera.com with the following details:
Product name and model number
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Description of the issue (include photos or videos if possible)
Our team will verify your claim and provide instructions for next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection.
Once verified, Quntera will repair or replace the product, or issue a refund as appropriate.
Please note: The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
5. Replacement Products
Any product or component repaired or replaced under this warranty is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days after repair/replacement—whichever is longer.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quntera shall not be liable for:
Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including loss of data, revenue, or use).
Damages resulting from failure to follow operating instructions or safety guidelines.
In no event shall Quntera’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the product.
